Maj. Gen. John B. Anderson
September 1942 - January 1944.
Maj. Gen. Frank A. Keating (1895-1973)
January 1944 - February 1946. Prior to joining the 102nd, Gen. Keating served with the 2nd Infantry Division and with the amphibious traning center at Camp Edwards. Gen. Keating went on to serve as Military Governor of Germany, Commander of Troops in Berlin, commander of 1st Service Command, and Chief U.S. Military Advisor to Korea. He retired in 1950.
Brig. Gen. Charles M. Busbee
February 1946 - Inactivation. Gen. Busbee formerly served as division artillery commander.
